{"id":8022,"date":"2023-02-24T10:25:41","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T08:25:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceccarneamt.ro\/ro\/?p=8022"},"modified":"2023-02-24T10:25:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T08:25:44","slug":"mmss-propune-o-serie-de-modificari-la-legislatia-privind-dialogul-social-si-la-codul-muncii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceccarneamt.ro\/ro\/mmss-propune-o-serie-de-modificari-la-legislatia-privind-dialogul-social-si-la-codul-muncii\/","title":{"rendered":"MMSS propune o serie de modific\u0103ri la legisla\u021bia privind dialogul social \u0219i la Codul muncii"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em><span class=\"stk-highlight\">Se au \u00een vedere, \u00eentre altele, flexibilizarea \u0219i \u00eencurajarea negocierilor colective la nivel de sector de activitate<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">Ministerul Muncii \u0219i Solidarit\u0103\u021bii Sociale (MMSS) a publicat \u00een transparen\u021b\u0103 decizional\u0103 un<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mmuncii.ro\/j33\/images\/Documente\/MMSS\/Transparenta_decizionala\/OUG_dialog_socia_codul_muncii_22022023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>proiect de\u00a0OUG<\/em><\/strong><\/a><em>\u00a0<\/em><span class=\"stk-highlight\"><em>pentru modificarea \u0219i completarea Legii nr. 367\/2022 privind dialogul social \u0219i a Legii 53\/2003 Codul muncii, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/em>, proiect care \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 armonizeze cadrul legislativ al dialogului social, s\u0103 flexibilizeze \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze negocierile colective la nivel de sector de activitate, prin adaptarea normei juridice, concomitent cu constituirea federa\u021biilor sindicale \u0219i patronale intersectoriale, cu definirea clar\u0103 a p\u0103r\u021bilor care particip\u0103 la negociere pe fiecare nivel: unitate, grup de unit\u0103\u021bi, sectorial \u0219i na\u021bional. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"stk-highlight\">Totodat\u0103, ini\u021biatorii au \u00een vedere, potrivit Notei de fundamentare care \u00eenso\u021be\u0219te proiectul, \u201eclarificarea anumitor aspecte care \u021bin de dob\u00e2ndirea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea reprezentativit\u0103\u021bii organiza\u021biilor sindicale \u0219i patronale av\u00e2nd ca scop cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de contracte colective munc\u0103, cu un impact pozitiv asupra num\u0103rului de angaja\u021bi acoperi\u021bi de un contract colectiv de munc\u0103 \u0219i implicit, asupra nivelului de trai \u0219i p\u0103cii sociale\u201d.
